Pass the Light House

Odyssey of the open ocean
Eclipsing the performance of Heaven's delight
A beautiful name whispered along the night
Calypso enhanced with enchanted lullabies
Sweet silver streams, dreamy epic diamond dreams
Serendipity falls in like mist, under the majestic marble moonlight
Calypso, you belong to--
--Sunsets of the secret sea.
Mysterious-- many precious places to go,
Calypso --free flowing, floating legend!
Ride the beastliness breeze above the sea
Whisper, Calypso come for me!
Beautiful Comforting, Calypso Carry me!

Reflections easily deliquesce into thin air
Sedating the open waters -Voyage- view
Visionary Vessel above liquid level,
as divine in spirits she sails.
CA-LYP-SOO-- Nymph Nature Name

CALYPSO, the journey of all journey's

Model Of Peace

Bend your eyes and ears around
the sights and sounds of a
world at peace.

A squadron of oak trees on
a hill, laughing and playing acorns
with unsuspecting travelers below.

A phalanx of bison, wind whipping
tired eyes, conquer prairie after
prairie, victory assured.

Dozens of purple martins, dive
bombing this way and that,
enjoy a dinner flight.

A herd of underwater manatees,
precisely pinging echo-location,
submarine in unison, towards
their night grove.

Shooting stars, without targets,
celebrate our celestial

When Time Stands Still

Leaping in barefoot abandon
Soaring every which way from Sunday
Laughter effortlessly exhaling cool breezes.

Lounging on nature’s lush carpet
Silhouette illumined by carefree serenity
Lapping up rays and shining them back

Licorice sticks and crackers and brie
Sweet plumpness of kiwi and mango and peach
Licking ripe juices off contented grin

Long luscious showers in waterfall glory
Swirling delightfully playfully pure
Lingering loving caresses of freshness

Last blush of daylight’s electrical charge
Sunset yields gracefully generously kind
Lights flicker syntax where space enfolds meaning

Lay here beside me
Savor my dream
Let my enchantment touch yours

Today I will let my body
To rest, lazy on the sofa,
Waiting for anything to happen;
Just the breathing calm of this day
As I was reading to myself a good book.

The relaxation does not have to
Have any conversion, letting everything
Out of this world for which I harbor
It to the end.

Whatever it should be I'm not
Worried from anything else.
Let it to pass as the minutes
To hours, as days and weeks,
	Joying myself to the maximum
Of God's will.

In this, the death prone winter of our discontent,
the world lay languishing from mitotic chaos
and malignant uncertainty---spreading a pandemic
cancer of destruction over the body of our moral humanity.

Infected rebirth cells of ancient crusade history
scatter world wide---blown like dry leaves
in chilling winds of cold war seasons.

Here, in the frozen season of time, Armageddon
stalks democracy in the chilled midnight hour;
while in the twilight of the eve of destruction,
world watchers waddle the time away: constructively
engaged in spotlight moments of warming scenes.

With a bloody but unbowed head, let not our world wallow wearily
in the mirage of winter’s defeat; nor allow her frigid blast
to shatter the bruised reed of hope or out the burning wick of love.

Let us stare adversity in the eye, rekindling the spirit of unity;
let us refashion the crumbled, rejected stones of our moral society;
we building a new and better world where we hold it to be self evident:
peace---perfect peace, is the dominant ethos of our recaptured humanity.

' The Moon's Pilgrimage ... '

Moon’s Pilgrimage … Across The Sky To Praise
The Maker and All His Wondrous Ways
Moon’s Pilgrimage … Rises High, In Grace
Yet, Still In A Humble – Pilgrim’s Place

Moon’s Pilgrimage … Will Not Betray
All The Moonlight, GOD Lets Display
Tho’ She Moves In His Cosmic-Stage-Play
From His Theme-Theatre, She Will Not Stray

My Pilgrimage … Thru Deep, Dark Space
With Silver-Wings and Beams, I Chase
The Unknown and Known Questions Raised
Will Be Answered, When The Maker Says …

My Pilgrimage … To Touch Heaven’s Face
That Beauteous, Elusive, Mysterious Trace
Borne At The Blessed-Beginning’s Base
My Pilgrimage … Takes Me There To Pray …

My Pilgrimage … Takes Me There To Pay –
My Vows, My Voice, In Vesper-Vase
As This Moon, Is In Harvest – Phase
And Beams Brighter Now … Tho’ Slanted-Gaze

… The Moon … Glowing Ochre-Gold Or Silver
The Moon … Is Making Pilgrimage, Remember
The Moon … Is Trying To Help Deliver
Lost-Souls, Who Can Not Find … Moon River …

… Moon’s Pilgrimage … Keeps Steady Pace
Even Climbing Thru Dense, Cloudy-Lace
Moon’s Pilgrimage … Is Like A Dance, That Sways
Moon’s Pilgrimage … Into The Night’s Embrace … …

To Sin No More

(Out of Eden IV)

I’m cross as I cross The Cross
And wonder as I wander
My Spirit has rejected the spirit in me
For fear that it’s fare is fair.

The cause of my ‘coarse’, of course
Is as tied, as the tide betides
Fight then the fete of fate with faith
The feat, by the feet, defeat.

The bait of my bate the debate
As I bare the obeah that I bear
I’m taut with thought of tort I’m taught
Indecent descent to dissent.

Now, Requiem of Carpe Diem
Like a fool, I lived life to the full
My sinews of sins are a scene of obscene
Whether it’s seen or unseen.

It’s whether I’ll weather the weather
Just pray that I’m not the prey
My life is a life, in life, for life
Too dear and so dear to ‘dare’!

Please pass me a piece of peace
And sing me a song sung strong
To laud The Lord as loud as allowed
His Reins shall arraign to Reign.

Morning about talked,
Every household forward looked to,
A country full of political parties is it,
My family we walked to poll,
Stood at all angles,
To give a tick to several faces,
That focused to see our tick,
To elect a new era,
Young all established,
a new rule- constitution,
Prayers marked,
To a peacefull voting,
Kenya it is,
Each tribe looking for there own,
How I payed that God intervenes,
When my country shall vote as one race,
One culture, and one people.

The Heart Of A Family

A family is made from lots of different things,
screaming kids and lots of children's screams.
The number one thing that holds it all together,
is when God is sitting in the center.
Without his presents it's easy to forget,
that life can get tough especially with all the debt.
Next to God we need to find forgiveness,
it helps when we're going through all that stress.
We are all human and tend to make mistakes,
having forgiveness helps to keep us in our place.
After forgiveness should come the peace,
without peace we wouldn't be able to stand this place.
When we keep the peace we'll find,
it's easy to find a quiet piece of mind.
The more we keep the peace we will gain the trust,
that's what keeps us all together without going bust.
After everyone trusts with all there heart,
it's hard for the family to fall apart.
Finally the soul core of the heart is love,
sent to us straight from the Lord above.
Any families love is tender and golden,
just like the innocents of our sleeping children.
So please remember this one thing my friends,
all through life there is something' more important than power and benjamines.
That one and simple thing is the heart of a family.

Dedicated to my wonderful family:
Renee, Emily, Faith and Clairyssa.

A Voice For Sanity 2008

This may cause horror or consternation
Or spark your deep imagination
It may be met with fascination –
I’d be honored to die by assassination
Ghandi, Kennedy, Martin Luther King
Lincoln and John Lennon, ‘tis of Thee I sing
I want my life to be the difference
That helps us rise beyond indifference
Make peace and joy our only preference
Be the turning point for future’s reference
I’d like to be a voice for sanity,
Offer some other choice than vanity,
Speak of truth and not insanity,
And thus bring love back to humanity

If it’s any indication of my utter indignation with the madness inter-nation,
I‘d like for my narration from creative imagination to live on in syndication
I’d spread the information that increases man’s elation
And love for all creation ,thus avoiding all damnation for eternity’s duration

Yes, I’d love to be the voice for sanity
And thus bring man back to humanity
So it is -- So be it -- So I say -- So Amen

He watches over me and you as we strive to finish His work

as we strive

we grow stronger with the Lord

and we grow more like Him

Suddeny it was all new
A new solitude
A new silence
A new emptiness
As if from a nightmare, I jerk awake
Where are all those I'd cared to call my friends?
Where's the meanin I'd cared to find in life?
What's come of those dreams, those endless dreams, that used to mar my very sleep?
New realms swim beckonin before my eyes

A light stroll , I decided, will take off the strangeness a li'l
Through the vast expanse, somethin suddenly began to emerge familiar
(Maybe this verve was mine, beyond reckonin,
Maybe silence n solitude were playmates i had forsaken?)

N yes, up above n shinin, was the moon..
So far away.
N yet,
never cross enough to despise me for more than a night.
It was autumn come a-calling..
The august autumn of another anonymous soul
And as i walked along, so did she
In step
One with me.
N silence found a new meaning,
in the newfound infatuation between us.
My love wasn wasted.
Not any more.

The Last Journey

The wheels ran on the tracks of rail-
Through the window the air gushed as a strong gale-
Upon the two serpents rushed and dashed the mail-
Carrying many a reflection, which upon it hath set the sail.

Sometimes it went intrepid through mysterious tunnels,
Sometimes it thundererd over wide canals ,
Sometimes the journey resembled repose-
When it over the plains tip-toed.

Inside the mail beside an open door -
Sat a lass on the uncombed floor;
Dressed as she was most slovenly ,
Left was she in such a fate by all and sundry.

Suddenly a voice of her rang through the air,
Towards a person who was a tea vendor,
Give me some tea -she tried to speak aloud -
Offering a coin of twenty five paise again did she shout.

The venndor passrd unheared,
His phony maners pricked my heart;
She sat and seemed to muse -
That she offered money and still was refused.

The motley of passengers,to help her--
All at heart were willing;
But it could be below thier dignity,
Of what were they fearing.

Then a person rose and like a foreman,
He did lend his helping hand;
Some read for her did he buy-
But when he want to her,to this nice guy,
And to this nasty world she haealready bade her last bye.

The mail seemed to run faster,
To carry the pure soul to her home's corner;
But, where will it find her destination?
When with her carrier only she had her home's relation.

Outside in the sea of darkness, many a dazzle blinked -
But for this poor lass the light of life forever did shrink,
Did this mean to a new light was she exposed?
And,did to hersoul the mysterious eternal dark disclose?

Hero in Chaos or Pauper in Paradise

It is better to be a pauper in paradise
Than a hero in chaos,
For a pauper in paradise can still
Partake in plentiful simple pleasures,
Yet a hero in chaos is neither free
From untimely death nor above the
Corrosive attrition that fear begets.

I placed plea on the pinnacle on the Peace
An offspring of one of the Peace
To ride far to the realm of the Dead
And dwell with them.

"Peace, be unto the dead
Those whose names still tick like sleepless watch in our
Those who'd carved an empire in the small corner of our
mind of minds
Those whose gracious grin still green like a plant in its
buoyant moment on our head.
Those whom our memories will never be man up to open
the way out for
Those whose touches would forever permeate our all and all
till we pop our clogs"
I say "Peace, be unto them"

Be unto them.

anoint me oh Lord

I'm trusting in your promise
to relieve my fears
anoint me oh Lord
show me your grace
as I worship You
In this sacred place
anoint me oh Lord
please order my steps
lift me up
from the darkening depths

you're my tower of strength
you're my guiding force
you're my strongest ally
my spiritual source

anoint me oh Lord

praying for Your mercy

anoint me oh Lord
and to you I vow to serve
giving You all the praise

anoint me oh Lord

Soothe The Soul

Somber sonnet, slumbering of soul
So tired of being tired,
Seems nobody knows…
Soul of slumbering sonata,
Somber, screams of the heart,
Superficial strokes soon to depart,
So tired of being tired,
Seems nobody knows…
Searching sweet solace,
Stir o’ slumbering sonata
Stimulating serenity of soul…
Surrogate the somber sonnet
Serendipitously, so …‘til, it’s no longer tired, but
Soothing balm of stamina
Strengthening survival of the soul…
