YOU'RE MY SKY
You’re my sky, you’re my space high
where with my dreams I fly
on the wings of the drifting cloud,
hold you in my arms, I would.
You’re my sky, you’re my sunrise colors,
in my heart these gleam in flowers.
The pearls of dew on my flushing meadow
you send down as gift for me, I know.
You’re my sky, you’re my jeweled crown,
the stars sparkle up there on their own,
but for me they shine within your eyes.
I’ll reach you, from the stardust I’ll rise.
You’re my sky, you’re my azure thought,
I fill my mind with your aura, I float.
If you don’t let me stay where I want to be,
then it’s the end of the world for me.
You’re my sky, you’re my astral light,
without you I’ll be lost in my flight.
You’re my sky, you’re my eternal freedom,
even if I fly away, to you I’ll again come.
