Your Kiss From Heaven
Imagine you are outside sweltering.
You’re faint, and it’s a bad state you are in.
What sweet relief a summer’s rain can bring -
When droplets start to kiss you on the chin!
Or maybe you’re a little bit too warm,
and air conditioning is all you seek
when Mother Nature comes and shows her charm
and blows you kisses - wind across your cheek.
And maybe it is winter, and you yearn
for something lovely as the north wind blows.
You turn around and suddenly you learn
God heard your prayer as snow flakes touch your nose.
The rain, the breezes and the snow are His.
How natural your kiss from heaven is.
