You Are My Life

You are my life; I'm full of you, Without you, I'm like morning dew; Your graces overshadow me, And keep my soul, forever, free; Your plans, for me, are always true... In your compassion ever new, I, fondly, my union renew, And fly, like a spring-bird, carefree; You are my life... From my mere origin you knew, Thoughts and feelings I had gone through; In you, my being, finds its glee, I obey your every decree, My death, hence, will be a breakthrough. You are my life... 25 April 2022 Your Favorite Theme Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Regina McIntosh
