The Courage To Change — Your Better Life

Oh, today, is the day- an important date; today, I put pseudonym and pen names away, and I declare this is my fate. I will stand beside my words and never again behind, I will be proud of each poem I have written- designed; for my poetry and me are intertwined, yes, today is new and everything else was yesterday. ______________________________ July 7, 2020 Poetry/Rhyme/Yesterday Copyright Protected, ID 20-1266-767-03 All Rights Reserved, 2020, Constance La France Written for the contest STRAND COMPLETELY NEW(6) sponsor, Brian Strand Honorable Mention

John, thank you for the compliment on my write, it may seem strange to some that it would take courage to use your own name on a poem, but... well its a long story. But here I am owning my poetry, standing up and saying to the world, this is me and this is my poetry _Constance
