Writing Crazy Today

Trying an experiment today. Making myself type as fast as I can Which is fast I type 85 words a minute. I do not think that fast, so some of this is gobbly gook. Maybe all of it. I do not care. I have made a goal, and we are racing to accomplish it. My muse is laughing. This was probably her dumb idea. Wait a second. I just realized something. My poems today are heart-felt, Because I am so in touch with my feeling self, When I fly through my mind and grab up anything there, That I do not have time to be in any other mind frame. This is an awesome way to write. I may try it again someday. When I am in this crazy mode.

Whether you are typing fast or talking quickly, it all makes sense- when all is done. Right?? :) Sometimes.. This is cute and clever. I enjoyed zooming through every word. ~ Brandy

Thank you Brandy; this is what it felt like to me too - a big giant Zoom!

I enjoy seeing your work, and I liked this one. I think I can type that fast too But sometimes I make mistakes and have to stop and fix it. Remember the old days when we had to use white-out?? Finally my fingernails have grown (I was biting them for the longest time) and it's very weird to hear the nails on the keys!!!

I used to LOVE whiteout, but once upon a time I was a Kelly Girl and I had seven men and one woman I typed for, and they used to argue about whose proposal I was going to type next, and stand behind me and watch me type. I started getting really accurate after that year.

Thank you Anne-Lise. It does help to have fingers that are magical and move faster than the mind can stop them.

Well, this method definitely works for you- nicely done, my friend! ;) I wish I could do this... but given the state of my mind on some days, I wouldn't dare (as I'm never sure what might be lying about up there). I can picture myself running through scooping things up, and answering the door to my readers suddenly realizing I have an armload of underwear- or something equally awkward and embarrassing! ;D

That is an awesome way to live (un-embarrassable)! I should be there by now, (after all the ridiculous situations I've put myself in...), but I guess I'm still not *quite* that secure.

Nothing embarrasses me now; I am showing up to a dinner tonight without any other people, even though I was asked to bring seven. I am un-embarrassable.

Do you ever find yourself typing so fast that at times, you have to stop and wait for what you've typed to appear on the screen? Too bad they don't make computers and keyboards to keep up with fast typists. Yes, it is wonderful, if your machine cooperates. Love this pen.

Yes this does happen to me now. In the past when I started with Word Processors they would simply shut off, because they could not take it.
