Soothsayer, reader of the stars, tell me,
do you see the woman of my dreams there?
A princess, no doubt, is what she will be,
or a fairytale nymph with golden hair.
But I'm not looking for fantasy lies
or angelic beings made of starlight.
Find me someone like me, someone who cries
loves long walks on the beach and candlelight.
Wise woman, look into your crystal ball,
surely she can't stay hidden from your view.
But when you spot the fairest of them all,
she'll never be as beautiful as you.
Soothsayer peer into my heart and soul,
you will see, only you can make me whole.
