Winter Lasts 'Till It Melts
I heard this
Song
Felt your touch
Winter was
The season
And it would
Pass
I saw the
Snow
Fall and blanket
The ground
Frozen sidewalks
Just waiting to
Melt in spring
I laid down
On your bed
Whispers
Floated as we
Stayed covered
And slept 'till
Noon
I thought
I could forget
When spring rolled
In, but as soon
As you left my
Head it began to
Snow again
I remembered
All the good and
Bad, felt you even
Though time had pass
I'm still waiting for
Spring to come and
Melt you away from
My heart
