Whispers In the Night
From the depths of her soul
She hears the lyrics roar
Biting whispers in her ears
As creatures shudder
Smeared dark with coal
Demons lurking in the fog
She takes him into confidence
In the palm of his hand
He holds her beating heart
Clinging to his every breath
While cold winds whirl
In silence stirring
