When You Said-

When You Said… “…That's why no one likes you…” My self-image went askew. Stunned, my heart turned very blue when painful thoughts began their coup. I tried to render hurt eschew. As through my head it flew. It happened ere the morning dew Had brought its early view. But nothing stopped your angry spew Nor the pain that pierced me through. I wondered if you even knew. Angry words can stick like glue. I tried my best forgiving you. as self-loathing began to brew. It happened ere the morning dew Had brought its early view. Although I think you have no clue. How your words in my thoughts grew. Here are the words I have for you. I love you and shall not say adieu. Prayerfully I have prayed at the pew.
