When Even Grief Becomes Sin

Rejection of God's Grace, (you think you're unworthy?), It's possible is merely sin in your heart, And your protests are ego that's out of control! God offers forgiveness, did you play a part? God's early commandments ALL prove we're not able, Salvation is something we never can earn, And our longing for proof that God's love can't escape us, Heaps coals on the justice that votes that we burn. God's call is to recognize Love that surrounds us, Embrace opportunities, set aside loss, If our souls are immortal, then loss just illusion, There's doubt or faith, which will you choose as your boss! Very wise words in your poetic verse, Roof...I’m so thankful that salvation cannot be earned, and that Christ made the sacrifice for us who believe!

Ah belief! There's the rub Laura. Christ died to save us all but we are free to reject Him still. But tell me who is the true believer, one who lives in his own understanding (and claims it's from God) or one who lives in God's truth (and is not sure God is real?)
