What Does Poetry Mean To You
THIRSTING FOR EXPRESSION
... Just there on blots of a pen wanting to break,
to suck the marrow and dance the dance… the glint
of words induces this hunger for expression, changing
into glistened rays, feeding raw essence
warmer than sockets of verse exploding, and
more flights rise, passing beyond harp of stars
releasing old logic..creating new thoughts…
irises enter into an eternal flame so wild
as poetry makes me thirsty with life's mysteries
where an appetite can never ever be satisfied.
