Yep, they DO see things differently. We bought trinkets for a school carnival one year, and I remember being amazed at how little those worthless trinkets cost. The children loved them! I suspect they are far more expensive these days.

I thought the 5th and 6th graders would scoff and they were maybe more thrilled than the lower grades.
