Wall's Discovery

Wall was so very pleased
when she saw the new can of paint.
"Cherry Tomato", wow!
after ten years of "Calmly Quaint."
The tickle of the brush
filling her hard-to-reach places;
she basked in the massage
of the roller's sweet embraces.
"What a thrill - dis-cover-y!"
Slam-bang! excitement escapes.
“You’ve covered up my new look
with furniture, pictures and drapes.”
