Waiting For You

~ I wrote you a poem amid the sun rising in tangerine whispers afloat on the air So when your eyes open the first thing you notice are words of affection to show that I care Along a horizon of rose petal shimmers these phrases I’ve written ‘pon heavens so blue Will hopefully glisten as you now awaken this beautiful morning just waiting for you ~
