Two Lives of Nine Remain

Nine lives cats have. One time Tom Cat fell, landing at the bottom of a well. Four other times, Tom fell from a great height. He gave himself and us all a fright! Twice by vicious dogs our Tom Cat got badly hurt by their attacks when caught. By this point, only two lives remain. How much more bad luck can he sustain? I fear Tom has damaged half his brain!
