True Happiness

True Happiness Poem
By Elicia Spik/Jenson

They were born to forever love.
No matter how they grow they can be what they want.
They make my everyday bright.
Cradled them day and night.
Put a smile on my face day to day.
Their energy and love never fade.

True happiness never far away.

Sometimes they give me hell.
But one thing for sure, they never dwell or fail.
As they grow, so do I.
With many emotions that never run dry.
They love to laugh, love to play.

True happiness never far away.

When I’m sad or down.
They will always be around.
Love them no matter what future lies.
Pride and joy forever and true.
I will never forget or stop loving you.
I will do anything to keep them happy.
No matter how tired I am and ready for nappy.
Work so hard to give them everything.
Just so they don’t forget anything.

True happiness never far away.

Struggles may come and go.
But never forget how to grow.
I am a mom who loves them all.
My children will never forget how day to day I made responsibility met. My children mean everything to me. So...
True happiness never far away.

Dedicated to all my children.
