Trapped
I found the minutes of my lover well
And awaited each one in pictured form
Her touch her shape did her eyes compel
The coldest times became a space so warm
I claim no reason when obsession reigns
As burning veins cause no reasoned thought
And stoked the fire to its lifting flames
In a world of mad fragrance, both were caught
Trapped together when loneliness was found
Love spent, time lost, with no guarantee
A moment taken from the storms around
Another world to which both did flee
The rush of years in a place long gone
A memory held, time now walks upon
