To Photograph a Memory Premiere Contest Winner

To photograph memory's carousel And remember the why, where my thoughts form Expose the photo where love says farewell Even cold eyes are a memory warm No reason to look at the shadowed ground Nor understand the judgment of my thought To reflect on the photograph now found And touch the season when her love was sought Know love's memory can be wound around As the days we spent held no guarantee The dark we faced when storms formed to surround And create a lost world we both would flee A rush through years of a photo held on A memory kept my eyes looked upon 6/6/21

Congratulations Frederic! Your amazing poem "To Photograph a Memory", has placed "First" in my contest. You should take pride, for it was a most difficult contest, but your poem stood out and caught my eye. Very well done my friend, Emile.
