A Lovers Lulluby

There was a time when I would dream In nights with peace, and starry gleam I’d close my weary eyes and gently drift away into a sweet and heavenly scene, I lay I’d say a silent prayer like dreamers do then fall asleep and dream of you I’d dream, I’d dream, I’d dream of you in the dawning light and morning dew O' to dream a dream to dream a dream In nights with peace, and starry gleam I’d dream we’d wander ever hand in hand down mildest shores of shining sand I'd await your sweet and tender kiss And close my eyes and not resist O' to dream a dream to dream a dream In nights with peace, and starry gleam I’d dream we’d wander ever hand in hand down mildest shores of shining sand I’d dream, I’d dream, I’d dream of you in the dawning light and morning dew O' to dream a dream to dream a dream In nights with peace, and starry gleam In my dreams you were only mine and filled my heart with love sublime In my dreams, I held you tight you laid beside me through the night But just before the morn’ of dawn I’d awake and find you gone. I’d dream, I’d dream, I’d dream of you in the dawning light and morning dew O' to dream a dream to dream a dream In nights with peace, and starry gleam To dream these dreams that seem so real I love the way they made me feel. There was a time when I would dream In nights with peace, and starry gleam I’d close my weary eyes and gently drift away into a sweet and heavenly scene, O' to dream a dream to dream a dream In nights with peace, and starry gleam To dream these dreams that seem so real I love the way they made me feel.

Absolutely spell bound poetry with vivid imagery. Poem makes us laugh, cry, prickle, silent. So did this. Review Pari Style Poem to encourage me.
