With long blond hair And eyes of blue This American girl Would light up any room With a complexion so fair She walks tall and proud When i see her picture I want to sing out loud If you happen to see This American girl She has much more beauty Than a string of pearls Intelligent, thoughtful Romantic and kind With a heart of gold Pure and refined To this American girl At Christmas time I'll be thinking of you At Auld Lang Syne http://www.thehighlanderspoems.com/carolyn.php
