Thirty Summers

thirty summers under my belt playing the hands that i been delt walking the long road by a short mile thirty summers its been a while since i faked a smile thirty summers taken by the hand built my place upon this land i been broke and pennless hung by a thread thirty summers hands on my head feels like led thirty summers dont get me wrong their has been places i feel i belong theirs been tears i lost in the rain thirty summers cancels out the pain......do you feel the same thirty summers i seen some things met lots of people and the gifts that they bring id take my hat off if i had one on thirty summers seems so long sure made me strong thirty summers clouds rushing in now the sun is shining its been warm since spring thirty summers bring on the rest i got a feeling deep in my chest this one is gonna be the best
