The Smile of God

Sunlight on my face Radiance that covers me His smile brings healing More exquisite than the sun Bestowed on his beloved I don't deserve it Darkness often allures me I am not perfect Simply because I am His... He dazzles me with HIS smile Eileen Manassian Ghali Mattew 5: 44 - 46 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get?

Yes, we can. :) Lately, He has been showing me how those whom I depend on haven't been able to fulfill my needs. :( When it is all said and done, He can be everything we need. We just don't give him the chance. Thanks for the visit, Christine!

Thanks, Heather. I've failed Him. I thought I would change the world with my passion and zeal for Him. I was very active at some point, a youth leader....My dream was to meet Him in heaven and to see that special smile of His face because I've helped bring others along. Maybe I will go through a revival soon. Be that as it may, I know He loves me like no one else can! It is a comfort. Thanks for the post, sweetie! Always a pleasure!

Thanks, Russell. This is very kind of you. It is easy to do the talk...but we've got to walk the walk as well. The good news is that He never gives up on us. He never does...I read this somewhere or maybe it was in a song...There is nothing we can do to make Him love us any more or any less than He does. :) Thanks for the visit.

We are children of the KING of KINGS and Lord of Lords! :) :) :) It isn't easy to live according to His will, but He does ask that of us.....only because He knows what is best. I see that in my life. Thanks for the post, John. Blessings...
