*Fiction*
You gave me a kiss
Then left in looming silence
With swirling thoughts, I would miss
The times when we laughed
I thought would last forever
Now, my heart felt cut in half
The wind in the air
Blew without any reason
Across broken footprint pairs
Where the dreams fell down
From bare branches in my heart
Leaping to run out of town
A kiss left behind
Given to me with goodbye
That sealed all things, we could find
12/1/17
