The Rain

It started out a muggy day The wind became strong Blowing trees and bushes To and fro roughly Then the wind stronger The rain began to pour Branches fell off the trees Blowing them to the ground The rain poured to the earth Slanted from the clouds Then the streets began to flood Into the buildings and homes All the people were scared Wondering how to get home Buses took people to safe ares So they can travel carfully home To be safe in dark buildings Waiting out the rain storm

I can relate Darlene as I used my new umbrella for the first time today! Seems poor weather is rife at the moment my son has rain in japan:-) Hugs Jan xx

Augystus , I also like the rain. I like to walk when it begins to sprinkle I like the feel of the rain. Rain brings joy to my heart. I also call it tears on the window pain.
