The Precious Moments
Bubbling laughter from our lovely lilac
Turning moments purple from the grey-black
In a dream light we shall be on horseback
We will mingle with the jungle fountain
Inside your shirt winds from sea and mountain
From the pink clouds soon will come down blue rain
First I’ll raise a blue sky in your dimple
Quick you will make it, your mind so nimble,
In mystic murmur the stick and cymbal
You gave me many a precious moment
In your eyes of lyrics my fulfillment
With you my hours a crescent moon like spent
In the midst of thorns and thistles these are
Chocolate moments of your soft guitar
Inviting the starlight from very far
