The Piper
As I lay in my bed listening to the music on my radio I
endeavor
To let my mind drift off to sleep. I see in the distance
A piper sitting on a rock playing his haunting melody
For a troubled soul
Which was much needed in a life filled with a lot of
Rigmarole.
The piper was clever
As he played his flute by the beautiful blue flowing river.
His music made my heart feel free and whole
As I lay in my bed listening to the music on my radio I
endeavor
To let my mind drift off to sleep. I see in the distance
a piper sitting on a rock playing his haunting melody
for a troubled soul.
The piper was a phenomenal weaver
He was in control
I would achieve my goal
This time it didn't take forever.
As I lay in my bed listening to the music on my radio I
endeavor
To let my mind drift off to sleep. I see in the distance
a piper sitting on a rock playing his haunting melody
For a troubled soul.
