The home that once was

When that old tree fell on the ground, along fell all the buds and pretty flowers all that was green and glooming, everything that the roots held together. All that is left now are broken twigs, withering flowers, and decaying leaves dispersed all over the ground abandoned, vulnerable dancing around, being abducted by the wind. And the whole universe mourns the home That once was.
