The Halloween Cat

I wanted to take a pic of my cat for Halloween, so I got a pumpkin and an outfit made for a queen; I worked all day cleaning that darn pumpkin, dressing my fat cat in frills and many necklaces at her chin. My idea was she would be hiding inside, inside the pumpkin, then pop out- hope it works, I sighed; I tried and tried to put her in but there was a problem, she was too FAT- still got a surreal "Queen like cat" pic for my album! ________________________ October 28, 2017 Poetry/Rhyme/The Halloween Cat Copyright Protected, ID 17-9532-94-0 All Rights Reserved.

Ha ha! We had a 25 lb cat at one time! In fact he topped off at 28 lbs before going on a strict diet (which he didn't like at all)! I really loved your ingenious write about this! Your tender way of writing made me smile when she didn't fit into the pumpkin! So hilarious! Great Work!!
