Thank You Soupers

Thank you everybody for your kind comments and warm support. My apologies for not reading and commenting as much as I used to. As many of you know (I have written an awful lot about it), I am struggling with a brain injury. I am not writing much these days, my muse is preoccupied with clay. This place means a lot to me, warm hugs everybody! xomo

I have a friend who is dealing with successive concussions and I can see how frustrated he is. I think Pottery is such a great way of being mindful and connecting with your creativity. I’m sure you will be amazing at it. Blessings Rick.

I haven’t been around much myself. This is a very thoughtful message. I feel bad myself because I haven’t visited and read as much as I would like. Have a great day, hugs Rick.

Brain injury is often referred to as invisible as many people have issues with their cognition and emotions. I don't pretend to know how it has affected you Maureen or how long you have had a brain injury but I do know as both a nurse who spent over 20 years in brain injury rehabilitation and just a plain somebody who happens to enjoy PS that it certainly hasn't affected your ability to write great poetry. A patient once said to me that brain injury was a speed bump and not a stop sign.

Well, you know what Clay Potter did for Eve! I have had so many concussions I can't think straight, so you know there is hope for you - if you stay away from unmasked Trump supporters! Aloha! Rico

Aww Maureen your honesty makes me want to embrace you more HUGS. Before I signed off forever I never told anyone that I am manic/depressive under a doctor's care; heavily dosed on meds just so I can sleep; BUT I think I just told everyone LOL
