Isn't it just cool that a little bitty man can be remembered so long? Dig the write, Joseph.

Zachaeus'! WOW! What a blast from the past...I have to admit it has been a LOOOONG time since I read the verses concerning Zachaeus. I had to give a Bible reading at church as a teen, and I totally bombed on his name. I think I called him something like Zackeee-ous. At least i did not pronounce it Zachariah.

I did not know the history of the sycamore-fig tree, Joseph. Your entry is both educational and beautifully penned. Wishing you success in Francine's contest! Love, Carolyn
