Sunday People

Spoken verse: "Good morning world, I was just sitting here thinking about the times and the things and happenings of this world. and also when will Jesus arrive. And as I was thinking about these things. What's going on in this world who are all the Sunday people perfect and purple in all their ways Saturday or Sunday people living lies religiously. How does it feel? How does it all feel and can it be real? Tell me again are you really a friend. Or I must rely on Jesus over and over again. Who are all the Sunday People Purple and perfect And in all their ways Only good holy perfect for a few hours Rather than for days on days I said good perfect and holy for 2 hours Rather than for days on days Who are all the Sunday people Purple and perfect and all their ways Saturday and Sunday persons Living lies religiously The righteous not denying self And the power of God in Earnest of his ways Fist clenching your wisdom only saves if you say so Saved when you say so. Now who are these Sunday people perfect in all their ways Judgmental condemning with no concern nor dismay They come before you And they judge you and they hurt you with all the power they have While yet saying while they're praying, delaying What are they really trying to say tell me again this is real What's behind the seal? What shall I be What I see is what I see ? Only good holy perfect or few hours I said good perfect and holy for 2 hours Who are all all the Sunday people Purple and perfect in all their ways Saturday and Sunday persons living their lives and lies religiously holy-than thou people please pray for me Written by James Edward Lee Sr 8/4/2010 from anthology "Break through"
