Stress
That point when you're constricted;
your shoulders are unimaginable knots
thoughts blow in and out of your head
the end is the beginning
or is the beginning the end?
tears linger in your throat
the cliff is in view
banshee screams echo
silently scratching,
they leave invisible marks
But your eyes slowly open
to an ocean horizon
and the pain melts away
that point when you are calm
your shoulders unhinged by the Sun
stress soothed by the waves
