Yearning
To understand
Who
I am
My soul
Cries within
Praying
Throughout the night
To see
The light
I welcome
Dawn of
Each day
Another
Milestone I
Have obtained
Naked
Here
I stand
Examining
My scars
And wounds
Knowing
It was only
You who pulled
Me through
The fire
And storms
Out
Stretched arms
I
Yield to
You
My Lord
Master
Savior
Friend
My
True Love
My soul
No longer
Cries
