Look
around
employing
soul awareness;
here now aliveness,
active in mind-body,
determining the impulse
arising from this feeble form,
which we recognise has its own needs,
distinct from yearnings of our glowing heart.
As we look on thus with a mindful eye,
yielding to body’s need but not greed,
anchored nowhere in stagnation,
breathing gently, oozing love,
our head and heart align
in vibrant silence,
tranquil and still,
present here,
aglow
thus.
