So Didn'T Pedro Have a Brother
In continuation to the limerick "PEDRO THE PEDDLER" . . . : )
PEDRO’S BROTHER DIEGO . . .
So . . .
Didn’t Pedro have a brother he is called Diego
He is just back from his holidays from Tobago
Caught at customs with too much contraband
Thirty bottles of rum and a pocket full of sand
Diego paid his fines and was wavered through
But once on the plane he had a drink or a two
It was not long that he was arrested for affray
Now he’s doing 2 months in prison Harpurhey
Pedro wrote to Diego - said I will see you soon
Both of us should be out come the end of June
Seems they both had a cousin - his name Erico
Said he would transfer them both some dough
The dosh arrived super quick - both were flush
Living the life of Riley both of them feeling Kush
Both set up in business selling baccy to the lags
At an extortionate price of a tenner for - 3 fags
But time was spent gambling - both lost a mint
All that money - now both ended up being skint
Both left the prison and then met up in the pub
Spent all their travel fares on some decent grub
Now Pedro and his brother on Tuesdays a come
Selling knocked off bottles of old Jamaican Rum
Both look nothing short of a pair of - castaways
Nowt will stop the brothers from their illicit ways
