Simple Things
SIMPLE THINGS
such a lonely world
without my ads.
GLAD. cleaning out
folders for labels,
not stickers. mail
in its place - tucked
away, folded,
SPRING day fresh,
FLAWLESS, MINT
condition leather.
giddiness and gladness.
virgin flower petals
spin, in symmetrical
daisy DANCE. crazy
you might think,
I AM. and perhaps
your onto something,
but why not ENJOY
the simple things -
like potted plants.
put your nose above
the saturated soil.
SERENDIPITY pushes
that bear cave seed
into the sunlight,
with blinking eyes.
a baby cries.
