Signs of the apocalypse are a fundamental part of the Christian faith,
Insomuch that Jesus forewarned us of its inevitability.
God's judgment of Man shall come to pass, and yet
No man shall know when the day of that reckoning will come, yet
Some believe that the end times are upon us now.
Only God and his son Jesus know when, but there shall be signs,
False prophets will say, "I'm the Christ," deceiving many souls.
There will be wars and rumors of wars; nations shall rise against nations
Humanity shall suffer chaos, famine, pestilence, and earthquakes.
Everywhere, Christians shall be hated and killed for Jesus's namesake.
These signs are but the beginnings of Man's sorrows,
Iniquity shall abound, and the love for thy neighbor shall wax cold.
Many shall hate one another and shall kill and betray one another.
Eventually, Christian prophesy shall be preached unto all nations;
Saying that at the end of times, Christians who endure shall be saved.
