Shadows On The Sands of Normandy

Their Courageous bodies lay like garland
on the sandy shores of Normandy,
                                   their Honor there defined.

                                    For one and all preserved.
                                 Deaths now their honeymoon!
                              Their vestments filled with Integrity!

                                      Not for "Honor or Glory!"

                                   For "The Stars and Stripes!"
The flag known as "Old Glory!"
