I dedicate this poem to my mother, The best Mom and best friend a girl could ever want. It was me, who had to make the decision in the end to unplug life support and that decision has shattered my soul forever.

Hi Constance, Congratulations on your win ion the contest. This is such a gentle, Loving write. I see the scene and it brings a tear to the eye. The words themselves have such powerful meaning Constance. You are never alone because when you are happy your Mother smiles and the day is golden, when you are sad, your Mother is there to wipe away each tear with an Angel's kiss and you can never be lost, at least this is what i believe of my Mother. This is a seven and it wings its way into my faves.

Meenakshi, thanks for visiting, yes I could write a much longer poem about my mother, I have written a bit, would like to do more, but it would be very sad, because the dagger in my heart is still bleeding... not sure if you understand that but the emotion is raw...
