Catie sure got a lot out of your poem! I sometimes think of what I'd do if confronted by great evil. I have thought of playing possum. Just lie there hoping they believe I am dead. (I watch too much ID TV, where stupid people start crawling away from their killers when they would have stayed alive just playing dead) I enjoyed taking your poem very literally!!

Andrea, we've got a possum in our yards that lays atop the six foot chain link fence as my neighbors dogs go nuts.
