Senior Night
A generation is one hundred years
A antelope is it a deer
Up high reaching for the atmosphere it is clear
10 years is just part of decades added on
You've reached the next level dawn
I mustn't fear, yet it's so very clear
Then you turn off the lights
And we haven't eaten yet
And you say goodnight
Whispers cheers of joy and delight
I am a senior but of which I've chosen
I've seen the verdant lights burning
I have reached the atmosphere
In due this times I recite
I have restored and been reborn in this my senior night
