Seaside Summer
Sun is glowering in the sky,
Summer sea tides are rising high,
Waters calling me for a swim,
Or maybe surfing on a whim,
The beach is cool, the sand is warm,
Sitting awhile will not do harm,
Having an ice cream in my hand,
I am enjoying the sea sand,
The sea breeze blows my curly hair,
Music plays softly in the air,
Lying on my hammock, I read
A romantic mystery indeed,
My love for summer will not end,
Seaside walking is the new trend,
When summer comes, ocean calls me,
The place to let go and be free.
