Scotlands Capital
On Scotland’s eastern side so grand
there is Edinburgh the nation’s capital
full of beautiful buildings so magnificent
enraptures the mind truly so rational
Standing high looking down on Princess street
it’s castle stands announcing each day at one
so rock solid like it’s mighty awesome sound
surrounded by it’s grassy slopes brightly run
Walking down the hilly royal mile
viewing so many sights colours so real
St Giles church stands there supreme
so much to see more time need to steal
Take a trip down to Ocean Terminal
visit the royal Britannia on water’s edge
look round this magnificent liner
such grandeur not just a little wedge
Historically facts all abound
in this city of such great past
many tales there can be told
it’s all one great big gas!
