Savior of My Soul
Sacrificing Yourself to save me from gruesome sin’s penalty,
Accepting condescension for my soul’s glorious eternity…
Victor are You*, prevailing in Your grace-driven authority!
In Your control, I find freedom midst guilt-imprisoning presence
Overcoming evil’s attacks by Your omnipotence-license
Rescued to win others toward You, with triumph’s iridescence!
*Luke 1:47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
