Sad Part 3
I am the shade at the back of the sun
Light burns my darkness even darker
All light is stripped bare and sunlight bends round my soul
I seek solace in shadows
Nothing corrupts my unending remorse
and i cannot change what is
Life is sadness with intermittent flashes of despair
A man lost in the well of self
A life too long with lying smiles
And a heart that only beats.
