Sad Eyes

I see you sit Blank without wit You look so sad Not glad or mad I see you look Like a blank book You stare so far A distant star I see you stare Heavy with care You face speaks well This I can tell I see sad eyes Tears that you cry You look away As forfeit stays I see sad feel In far appeal You gaze most blank By murky banks I seek to find Lost peace of mind You sit and stare At broken cares I think I can Be your good friend Leon Enriquez 23 June 2018 Hamlet Place, ACT
