Sacrifices
There are many things that are sacred and many things that I cherish
As I write this poem I'm being so careful to not be careless
I'm walking' with the only begotten,
for what he's done he's never forgotten I speak to him and he speaks with me when everyone is leaving me
But I gotta have fun, without there presence even if I'm hurt
Shed tears for mistakes that I've made, some rotten filthy like dirt
I'm not a king, never was, I'm just a slave and a servant
I love the light and I shall pass angels, closed curtains
Im trying to lead my people like tribe of Benjamin you better believe, Lord help me succeed
And sacrifice all the things I lust and take a lead
So, wherever Jesus go, I follow because I love him
On the right hand of Granddad and there none is above him
All the brothers in the temple teach me right, in the struggle
I can't imagine not existing, at least for a couple
It's trouble in these muddy waters, everyone know
Bless me to always follow your will, not only when there is no where to go
I truly thank you for being 21 rich and successful, and
Now I have to make sacrifices cause so many people need your spirit, and this world is a cesspool
People Test you, bless you, back stab and can't address you,
but your word said turn the other cheek, and I honor my father so I gonna take head and respect you.....
