At the alter, intent on praying away my distress, I prayed with all my heart. As I left church that Sunday, I was embraced by God’s Son. He held my hand as I floated past pews, leading me home. Jesus breathed on me Covering all my past sins Power in the blood A Memory Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Line Gauthier June 25, 2020
