What a wonderful place
Writers from everywhere
Show their poetry face
All styles and manners
Of writing we see
Soup chefs concocting
Some new poetry
For some it's a verse
For others a scroll
Writing that comes
From the heart and the soul
The words flowing quickly
From the mind to the keys
A concoction a mixture
Of phrases a tease
Ingredients mixed
Like the soup in the name
Aren't you glad that you visited
Glad that you came
Glad that you wrote
Glad you dipped in your spoon
And tasted of others
